吴新星，男，汉族，1986年2月生于眉山仁寿。无党派人士，理学博士，研究员，博（硕）士生导师，四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。主要从事拓扑动力系统、模糊数学、决策分析理论研究，共计发表学术论文100余篇（一作72篇, 一作SCI 60篇），解决了本领域多个公开问题。
